Welcome to the University of Houston! It is my pleasure to assist you in your academic, personal and professional development. UH is a special place where students explore and develop their passions, students will be challenged to be critical thinkers and where students participate in activities outside of the classroom to engage their full potential. The Dean of Students Student Office is staffed with experienced and talented individuals who are ready to assist you. Each member of the team shares the common goal of making your journey as a Houston Cougar a positive life experience which will propel you to a bright future.
The Dean of Students Student staff and I have the privilege of serving as an advocate for all UH students. In this role, we work closely with faculty, staff, and student leaders to enhance the quality of university life for you. In addition to providing advocacy for your needs and concerns, our offices will work to respond to emergency and crisis situations and assist you in preparing for your life beyond UH.
