AAS 6307 - Seminar on Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X Credit Hours: 3.0 (Lecture Contact Hours:3; Lab Contact Hours:0) The course is a critical study and analysis of the major ideas and doctrines that formed the conceptual frameworks of these two men. It engages explorations of cultural pluralism, self-determination, Pan Africanism, satyagraha, nonviolence, civil disobedience, reform, and revolution.
