LAW 5422 - Criminal Practice Clinic

Credit Hours: 4.0 (2-0)
Prerequisite: LAW 5386 - Trial Advocacy , LAW 5357 , LAW 5420 (Evidence), with a GPA of 3.0.
Students will work at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and handle the prosecution of a variety of misdemeanor level criminal cases, with some opportunities for felony case work.
