Requirements
- MUSI 6300 - Introduction to Musicology Credit Hours: 3.0
- MUSI 6106 - Graduate Large Ensembles Credit Hours: 1.0 (orchestra or wind ensemble for string, woodwind, brass, or percussion majors; Opera for voice majors; conducting majors participate in the ensemble of the conducting specialization) (2 credits required) or
- MUSI 6200 - Accompanying Seminar Credit Hours: 2.0 (piano and organ majors)
- Graduate-level applied music courses (additional hours of applied music in the major area will not be applied toward the degree) Cr. 12.
- Musicology courses Cr. 6.
- Music theory courses Cr. 3.
- Electives Cr. 4.
