The minor in Global and Intercultural Communication is designed for students seeking degrees from schools and departments outside of the Jack J. Valenti School who anticipate careers in which they work in global and intercultural communication contexts in diverse fields, such as health communication, public relations, advertising, corporate communication, and journalism.

Students must complete 18 hours of courses, 15 of which must be advanced. Students must also complete a minimum of 9 hours in residence. Minimum GPA required to successfully complete the minor is 2.0.
