The purpose of this certificate is to provide students with the knowledge and expertise needed to lead their organizations to becoming more diverse, equitable and inclusive. Organizations thrive when there is a diverse range of perspectives represented that permits the organization to meet the diverse range of challenges facing it from the environment. Leaders who understand and are comfortable with diverse employees and points of view are needed in order to create inclusive and equitable policies that value all organizational members.

Admissions Requirements
You must be a current Bauer graduate student to enroll in any of our certificate programs. Required Courses (6.0 Credit Hours)
Elective Options (3.0 Credit Hours)
Academic Policies
Online Offering All required coursework for completion of the certificate will be offered in an online format. Some courses may also be offered in the face to face format. Continuous Enrollment Unless students petition for a leave of absence, they must maintain continuous enrollment during the program. Students who are out of the program for more than one calendar year will be under the jurisdiction of the catalog in effect at the time of reentry. Students who fail to maintain continuous enrollment for more than two calendar years must reapply for admission to the program and must meet admission requirements in effect at that time.
